Lack of attention, a poor memory, or outright lying does not change history. The truth is the truth. Regardless of the number of police or firemen testifying contrary to the facts, or a street crossing guard outright lying, the facts remain! Nothing a former fire chief or police chief testifies to, can alter the truth.

Hearing testimony given in a court of law, by law enforcement personnel and community leaders which is totally contrary to fact, is very scary. Realizing that these same people could testify the same way in criminal court (and perhaps do) is really frightening. Adding insult to injury, this regime is able to divert taxpayers' dollars into the pockets of their friends.

On the surface, total stupidity on the part of West View Police Chief charles holtzgraver seemed to be the start of this absurd chain of events. Serial ticketing for sidewalk obstruction was ordered by this man, even though the vehicle was clearly parked on private property. These tickets were eventually dismissed after a very
