It's not the sidewalk! You do not have the right to confiscate my property, and turn it into a sidewalk, simply because the building sits back in its lot!

"You can't park on the right of way."

The Plan of Lots clearly indicates property boundaries. Does your make-believe right of way only exist for this property?

"You need a curb cut."

The parking area has direct access from the municipal lot, and is adjacent to a driveway, therefore no curb cut is necessary. Does your make-believe curb cut rule only apply to this property?

"You're blocking the firemen's view."

Yeah, right---our firemen are midgets and can't see over the steering wheel, as they sit there in their go-carts on their way to a fire! What are you talking about!
